ADRIAN CORDOVA
FOUNDER / PRESIDENT
Adrian Cordova III is the founder of the ForTheGood Foundation (FTG Foundation), a youth‑focused organization dedicated to empowering incarcerated, troubled, and disenfranchised young people. His mission is deeply personal — shaped by his own journey through the streets, the justice system, and ultimately, redemption through Christ.
Adrian was drawn into the drug trade at just 15 years old, spending his teenage years and early adulthood immersed in a lifestyle that led to his arrest at 23 and a five‑year Federal prison sentence. It was behind those walls that everything changed. During his incarceration, Adrian encountered the Gospel, surrendered his life to Christ Jesus, and began the lifelong process of transformation that would define his purpose.
After his release, Adrian committed himself to serving youth and building pathways of opportunity. He founded the Fertileground Foundation, which did community fund raisers to provide sports scholarships for young people who lacked access to extracurricular programs.
In 2024, he collaborated with twenty-eight men of faith from around the world to publish “Chiseled By Trials”, a Christian prayer collection that is available on Amazon — a testament to resilience, spiritual brotherhood, and the power of testimony.
Professionally, Adrian has worked across multiple industries and roles, gaining diverse experience while never losing sight of his calling: to return to the environments he once knew and speak life into young people who feel trapped by their circumstances. Through the ForTheGood Foundation, he now wants to share his story in prisons, schools, and community programs, offering mentorship, prevention strategies and programs, and faith‑centered encouragement to help youth break cycles of incarceration and build futures rooted in hope.
Today, Adrian is remarried and part of a blended family with five adult children and three grandsons, a living reminder of the generational impact of transformation. He resides in Aurora, Colorado, where he continues to build FTG Foundation’s programs and advocate for youth who deserve a chance to rewrite their story — just as he did.
Adrian’s life stands as proof that redemption is real, purpose can rise from pain, and every young person — no matter their past — can be shaped For The Good. (Romans 8:28)
